The Algae Biomass Organization (ABO) is thrilled to announce that abstract submissions are now open for the 2025 Algae Biomass Summit, taking place October 19-21st at Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. This is your chance to present your cutting-edge research or business advancements to the world’s largest gathering of algae industry leaders!
Why Submit?
By presenting at the Summit, you’ll gain unparalleled exposure for your work in microalgae or macroalgae, connect with global thought leaders, and receive a registration discount for selected speaking or poster slots. Abstracts are due by **May 23, 2025**, for priority consideration, with acceptance notifications sent June 26-28. Late submissions will be reviewed as received but prioritized after the deadline.
Submission Details
Abstracts should align with primary topic areas like Biology, Bioproducts, Commercialization, or Cultivation and Harvesting, and can include up to four secondary topics such as algae-strain development, carbon capture, or advanced biofuels. Submissions must be 300 words or less, formatted in Times New Roman 12 pt font, and include author details, presentation type (oral or poster), and topic areas. Review Process
Expert reviewers will evaluate abstracts based on advances, relevance, detail, and clarity. ABO members receive preference—join today at https://algaebiomass.org. All abstracts are considered for plenary sessions, and oral submissions may be offered poster slots if not selected.
